When logging into our web dashboard, we also collect all guild objects for the servers you are a member of. This is so we can verify your ownership / status in the server, and provide a list of servers to manage.

Any automated processes we use are limited to service functionality (such as ticket routing based on configured rules) and do not involve processing your personal data for profiling purposes.

21. Transcripts

Another part of the services we provide are Transcripts. A transcript is a copy of a closed ticket that is sent to the ticket creator when the ticket is closed. This can be useful if the creator wants to refer to something said in the ticket. You can also view a transcript on the tickety.top website by having the id of the transcript.

Tickety stores the transcripts on a highly secured CDN and users can request a transcript deletion by mailing us at support@tickety.top.

Transcript Data Contents: Transcripts may contain message content, usernames, user IDs, timestamps, attachments, and other data exchanged within the ticket channel. Server administrators are responsible for informing their users about transcript storage and ensuring compliance with applicable privacy regulations within their jurisdiction.

22. Premium Subscriptions & Payment Data

When you purchase a premium subscription, payment processing is handled by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment details on our servers.

We may retain:
  • Transaction IDs and subscription status
  • Billing address (if provided)
  • Last four digits of your payment method (for identification)
  • Invoice and receipt records as required by law
Payment data is processed in accordance with PCI-DSS requirements by our payment processor.

23. Discord Bot Permissions & Data Access

When you invite Tickety to your Discord server, you grant the bot certain permissions. We only request permissions that are necessary for the bot to function properly. The bot may access:

  • Channel information (for ticket management)
  • Role information (for permission verification)
  • Message content in designated ticket channels only
  • Member information when interacting with the bot
We do not read or store messages from channels that are not ticket channels managed by Tickety. The bot only processes data necessary to provide the ticketing service.

  • Server configuration data (for server administrators)
